Dequervain's Disease

Dequervain's Diease is a tenosynovitis of first extensor compartment sheath.

Abductor polllicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis passes underneath to the first extensor compartment. The patients will have a positive Finkelstein sign that is pain in thumb with inward movement of thumb.
