Locked Knee
There are many causes of locked knee. The most common of these causes are the torn meniscus fragments, intraarticular loose bodies, Torn ACL, etc. Locking in the knee joint is unsual without a mechanical cause and usually arthroscopic surgery is required to get rid of this problem. The results are pretty impressive and with removal of these fragments the result is quite good. The patients are symptomatically relieved.
