Osteochondral lession( Medial femoral condyle)

Young female patient presents with acute pain and swelling in the knee. She was not able to bend the knee. X Rays were suggestive of OCD lesion of the medial femoral condyle. The patient was successfully treated with a procedure called mosaicplasty.
