ACL avulsion

ACL avulsion is a very common traumatic injury of the knee.

Dr Prathmesh jain first described this technique in 2017,Arthroscopic pull through technique used to fix acl avulsion. 1 fiberwire and one fibertape is used in a criss cross fashion to fix the avulsion.

ACL femoral Avulsion : This technique is an technique of ACL repair with swivelock anchor. A torn stump is repaired back to its place with a knotless anchor. A sivelock is used to put the cinch sutures back to the femoral footprint.
